VW recalling all 410,000 Passats sold between 1999 and 2005 {Autoblog}

Apr 5th 2008 1:09PM It's not necessarily just VW. Germany automakers just have a different approach to design. They enjoy their electronics and the Japanese are more reliant on mechanical methods. Not to mention the VW is a premium car compared to a Hyundai or Kia. Not to mention the amount of cars sold for each company drastically vary... Either way, if you make your car purchasing decisions on nothing but reliability, your interest in cars is limited in its ability to get you from point A to point B. For most however, other aspects come into play when considering different models.

VW recalling all 410,000 Passats sold between 1999 and 2005 {Autoblog}

Apr 5th 2008 11:37AM But the difference between a VW and a Chrysler is that on the whole, the Chrysler is a POS. VW on the other hand, is just a POS in regards to reliability. :)

Whoops, eh? - Canadian Ford ad spurs backlash {Autoblog}

Jan 20th 2008 6:05PM Yeah - they're clearly telling people to drive recklessly and ignore all rules of the road. :rollseyes:If you're old enough to drive - which for the most part is at the age of 18 - you should have enough brain cells to figure out the point of the ad and even if you don't, why the hell would you do something just because you saw it in a magazine ad.

Whoops, eh? - Canadian Ford ad spurs backlash {Autoblog}

Jan 20th 2008 6:02PM I love how this ad caused a backlash. Almost as if people are straight out saying they're complete idiots and will act in accordance to what a magazine ad says.
