but chances are it will go to organizations with the best legal reps 1st and trickle down from there.

If I would have known about this sooner I might have put off my recent purchase of a rolling 67 RS convertible camero I just made and see how I could have done with this auction.
Oh well it was a barn find and they are rare now a days.

Mar 19th 2008 9:01AM I think toyota will most likely win several more races and challenge for the cup.
As well it's given the regular audience of Nascar a common enemey.
Adds to the competition etc etc.
But it doesn't mean we have to like it.
I understand and respect the tradition of foreign brands competing and even winning in Nascar. Earlier there was a great post of the history.
But that all pre-date's my viewing.
I started watching casually in the late 80s early 90s.
And thats when my tradition starts.
Just as now-a-days I don't watch because i'm expecting "boot-legging, outrunning the cops" which is a tradition. Just when I started watching there were no foreign brands.
And that's my traditional Nascar - am I ignorant to think that? maybe but thats my opinion.

Mar 14th 2008 10:52AM the cameras may attempt to impede the average driver that runs a yellow while it turns red but i dont think these cut down on serious red light run-throughs. As thats generally attributed to the individual simply not paying attention - therefore they would miss the signs (or not care) anyway.
Once again this is just another cash grab at the average generally good drivers expense.

i've test drove a few S's and they are a great machine.
Every spring i tell myself this is the year to get one and I never do... this special edition would have maybe given me the kick in the a$$ i needed.
I know they are most likely all spoken for, but anyword if they will be available in Canada?
