The downfall of Toyota can only get bigger now that it appears that some of it's customers are starting to feel the pressure to buy American. It is about time that people get rid of their perceptions and the status symbol of foreign cars and start supporting American companies.
It sure feels good to buy an American made car built by an American company.

Nov 26th 2008 10:50AM The 10-year warranty is non-transferrable to anyone other than family members. The fine print on their warranty saved them a lot of money in claims knowing that people generally don't keep cars more than 5-years.
The Versa is a bare bones car with no radio, air, auto transmission, etc. I wonder if Hyundai also decided to save $10 on their basic radio?

Nov 19th 2008 10:42AM Here we go again. It was enough that we had to put up with this for the last year or more, now here we are again. I suppose there will be a different version every month as well.
The Mustang is a nice retro car but I have grown tired of it and it's not so unique anymore. I would put my money on a Camero or Challenger over this.

Nov 15th 2008 8:55AM The Prius is also built in China with their Chinese auto partner. This writer always is always missing the Chinese manufactured Prius when writing about the Toyota Prius. I am not sure which Prius the U.S. gets, Japanese or Chinese?
