Nov 12th 2009 2:00AM I may have just found myself a new best friend. I'm 17, an aspiring structural civil engineer, and feel the exact same way about our roads...and it stems from my trip to Europe as well.

I'm in Washington State, which has had its fair share of bridge collapses (Tacoma Narrows, I-90 floating bridge), but we're in pretty dire shape for the future too. Two major bridges in our area (Alaskan Way Viaduct and SR520 floating bridge) are on the verge of collapsing.

Dec 22nd 2008 4:55PM I have to say I like this interior better than the Mondeos in terms of design. I'm not sure about the materials but I'm sure it'll be a heck of a lot better than the current Get Glad interior...

As for styling, I'd still pick the Mondeo, but I'll reserve judgement until the actual debut.

Dec 21st 2008 4:21AM It's a bit like the last-gen Sequoia from some angles too. I wish the exterior could have been a bit more flowing, but nevertheless, it's definitely an improvement.

Dec 19th 2008 5:32PM Glad I'm not the only one. Except I think this would be what an Impala redesign should be...Maybe the spy pics don't do the Taurus justic, but from what I can see, I am a bit disappointed. I'll wait until the Detroit Auto Show to make final judgement though.
