CA wants to impose 'STRICTER' and therefore more 'cleaner' laws, but the 'environmental protection' agency wont let them? it doesnt make sense? or is that the point. Just doesnt read right..
i thought the waver would be so the sueing states can have less strict emissions regulations?

either way, i love the RS cars, the RS4 seems so amazing, and pretty decent on the track too given its recent nurburgring achievement of 7:58

5.3L V8 engine, with only 323ft-lb's.. i was expecting a relatively low hp rating, but for a big suv, and with that engine size to work with, i was thinking closer to double that amount of torque. maybe they should turbo it
