Aug 3rd 2008 11:55PM If this were brought here now with the diesel engine or the 1.4 liter engine I would buy it, I think the 2 door is sweet looking kinda like the mk4 bodystyle mixed with the new scirroco SO when will we really get it and what engines will they give us and at what prices. I bet they would try to charge us 20k for a diesel one, kinda on the pricey range.

Aug 1st 2008 12:19PM It is cool looking but it's a DODGE, I'm more of the import buyer, if it came out as a nissan I would think about buying it, but if it were a domestic I wouldn't even think about buying it.

To me it sounds like a whole bunch of people are going to buy this for $2,000.00 more than it should be and then they will come out with a second iteration of it but with a manual tranny and then it will be $2,000.00 cheaper at a more reasonable price for the first iteration.
Bottom Line it should start at $24,500.00 and then when the manual comes out it should be $23,500.00 Than's just my 2 CENTS

Jul 31st 2008 2:01PM Funny things happening at subaru these days. I would've been happy if they just kept the engine the same but just added the fender flares, well I'll take all of the improvements but they should've just gave those flares back to us, they are what makes the wrx a wrx in my opinion. I feel that they are having major problems selling the 08 wrx's so they decided to bump up a few things, I mean yeah that is awesome but don't expect to increase the price much, no one is really buying the 08's as it is! Keep the price the same and I bet they will start to sell them, their major competition is going to be pretty hard to beat, the ralliart, and that's only if the Mitsu price is like 25k if it is much more then we all have problems because we are getting ripped off.

Jul 18th 2008 1:47PM I also want to add that in Maryland where I live, I have only seen a about 12 of new wrx's or sti's since they came out. They really messed up when this thing came out with the redesign. The sad thing is that I am a hardcore fan ever since the Impreza came to the states and this past year really upset me. :(
