AT&T's free iPhone WiFi is (update: was) live at last {Engadget}
Jul 18th 2008 11:41AM They rebuilt our local McD's a few months ago, and they've been offering free WiFi since they re-opened. It's not connected with AT&T as near as I could tell.

Jul 13th 2008 5:53PM I think you're referring to the iPac 63** series... the detachable keyboard was a good attempt at making a smartphone that didn't alienate either the people who wanted a QWERTY keypad of those that thought it was superfluous. The market still vacilates between those users.

Ferrari California Spyder to be featured at Pebble Beach Concours {Autoblog}
Jul 10th 2008 3:29PM I realize this might be a heretical question, but are the covers on the headlights supposed to be fogged like that? I know it's a new trend to have modern cars' headlights look like jewelry, but those covers just seem funny to me.
I'd certainly understand if it were "patina", ie. scratches and crazing as the covers aged...
Regardless, that is an auto I'd gladly do anything to get to drive! Bellissima!

Your comment is confusing. I read Brian's post as he was abiding by the law and riding on the pavement, with traffic. Traffic laws vary, but most require the rider to act as a motor vehicle. Perhaps the biggest problem we cyclists face is motorists who mistakenly think we are not supposed to "share the road".
I also agree with Brian that cyclists who wear headphones are just asking for trouble.
