Nov 25th 2009 4:28PM on autoblog.nl it says the driver noticed he was being followed, so he stepped on it in attempt to run from the cops. that is when he was going 130+, cops couldnt keep up. but then he got near the city, got stuck in traffic, fled from the car, and was arrested.

he wasnt just cruising at 130.
