Rebadged RX 350 anyone? I mean it is not that close a resemblance. But when you squint at the rear 3/4 one can definately see the resemblance. I actually really like this car. It is definitely sophisticated... more lexus than toyota.
I have been searching for the perfect vehicle for us for over a year, and I just couldn't find it. If the price is right, we will be purchasing the new Venza the minute it becomes available! Thank you, Toyota!!!
Looks like another brillant move by Toyota however many buyers might buy this car instead of the other suv's by Toyota thus depressing those sales obviously they don't care or know something we don't know. I was waiting for the 2009 Forester but.......
Read the reviews and test drove the Highlander and the Pilot. Non quite did it for me. Saw a photo of the Venza in Car & Driver mag and it was love at first sight. Can't wait till it hits the market.

If it comes with hybrid good gas milage, I will trade in my Mercury Grand Marquez Colony Park 1991 station wagon. Looks great!
