EPA reveals top 10 most fuel-efficient cars since 1984, original Honda Insight takes top honors

Fuel efficiency has increased dramatically in the last decade, or at least that's what we've been told. So it might come as a surprise to find out that six of the Top Ten EPA-rated Fuel Sippers from 1984 to present were built prior to 2000. Don't believe it?
