hello everyone i agree with almost everyone appartenly the producers or creators of the new show have no idea what the fans want kitt a ford ok i can see that even though i like gm but a ford mustang that already been around for three years isnt working i know ford i have new car concepts try using one of them or i saw a new concept for a trans am maybe that would work in all you just a bunch of pist off fans

Maybe its because Chevy or GM have lost the oh so lovely Trans am due to lack of Sales same with your Camaro I meen the LS9 thats going to go in it sucks the cars handling sucks the Car just sucks and even if Chevy did put out the car it would just end up like the GTO 2 years then Zip nothing and all you chevy fans would be left looking like a fools GM gave up on the Trans am So why would the TV show go with a Out dated and out Classed car the GT 500 is the most powerful and Right car to pick after all there was more hype about the Transformer Cop car ( mustang again ) then there was about bumblebee Why because the Car Started it all hell any GM fan knows this I own a 63 Nova and a 68 GT 350 Mustang I love both cars the same however I would rather see KITT as a Mustang then a Trans am after all who they going to get to drive it Burt renolds yay another bloody Smokie and the Bandit Crap film hate me or love me I am honest I am a Ford Fan I have been since I was 5 back in England I moved to the USA 6 years ago and all I have owned is Ford ( with the Nova being the only GM I own ) Now I know what you are thinking Chevy basher No I am not my Work Truck is a Chevy 1500 and I like the Truck but as for the Trans am being the Old this is the New...AKA the 80's are Gone this is the new age and with it has to come a new KITT and this is it LONG LIVE THE MUSTANG !!!

a c6 corvette would have been a great choice, because this car looks older than the original KITT.

Mustang - huge mistake. 1) Most of the loyalists of the old show will be too turned off to watch. 2) KITT would be built on the most cutting-edge platform possible, wouldn't it? Why choose a old retromobile with a solid-axle rear, which, in its tamer forms is so freaking ubiquitous on the American road? I understand using a classic American pony car ... but if they couldn't do the right thing and wait for Camaro so they could at least stay in the GM family ... they should've jumped on the Challenger SRT8. That sucker would've made a sinister-looking KITT.
