I have heard all the crap that is supposedly inherent in the design of these......but, I think people should remember that this is a Mercedes product. I say this despite the Mercedes-Benz questionable ties during World War Two.

I have one pre-ordered and it is NOT just because I am near mid-life. I think that these will be the norm in just a decade. Not necessarily THIS car, but high-mileage, low fuel gulping cars.

"W" might not like hearing this BUT, OIL is the enemy....and this might be just the beginning of the end for BIG OIL. (and yes people, George W. IS BIG OIL.
