Overall, a typical Porsche interior which is not a compliment in anything but a true sports car...it's horrible compared to MB and Maserati and even a far cheaper CTS. BTW--doubt it has an iDrive since the knob looks like it's meant to be gripped and the GPS seems to be the same as in my wife's Cayenne which is not good. Compared with those in the rice-burners, it's something out of the science lab!!!
Grand Prix exterior, science lab/coal mine-like interior...will anyone care about the Panamera enough to buy it?????
That's a terrible photoshop Everything in the entire picture is out of focus except for the nav screen...which just happens to look a lot like the radio/nav from a cayenne. Sheesh!
The nav system is ripped straight from the Cayenne; they probably just threw together a temporary interior out of the factory parts bin. I'd be surprised if the final product were anything like what's shown here.

To me it looks like the controls for the dual-climate HVAC esp. with the red and blue markings/lighting.

It's actually just one picture, cropped and resized to make three. The single, original, image is at least 1450 x 1250.
I'd suspect a bit of post-processing for the sake of clarity before I'd think of a "copy/paste" Photoshop manipulation.
