Yes it is a horrible accident and my symphathy goes out to the passengers family. I do feel the sentence with the community service should include a hospital were he would witness a rehab of walking again and thinking and speaking and feeding onself after a sever head injury. I feel it would wake him up as to the consequences he has caused for the passenger and the grief he has caused the family.

I do also realize no m atter what it will not restore the health and functioning level the passenger once had.

Forget suing Nick! He has enough to get screwed over for just by knowing what happened to his friend because of him!
