I hope GM brings this stateside with a manual transmission and without the suspension "dumbed-down" for American tastes.

I don't get it, this car looks amazing! Yet we have nothing that resemembles this car from GM. Ford does the same thing, they have the Mondeo and an amazing Focus in Europe and Asian and we get the "Americanized versions" of the everything. Maybe if they auto industry gets bailed out they will start to actually sell these great cars here. Hell, they can even sell these as Opel's maybe, I would buy one.
