Nissan has always had my respect- forged in the days of my first new car purchase- a 1972 240Z. Damn, the memories are flooding back as I write. Those damn tires had to go, but compared to the used 911 I had put, understeering like a dog, into an oak tree, this car was as predictable as what a 19 year old man has on his mind at 2am on Saturday night. I drove that car for 155,000 trouble free miles and sold it for $3000- considering I had paid $3675, that was reasonable depreciation. It was the first of-lte's see, I think it's six I've had, but the first is always your most memorable- not the best, just the most remembered.
