Hmm, not quite sure why I doubt these numbers. Even if they are accurate, which one is..nevermind. I'm not going to start this debate. It is an excercise in futility. Woo--let's hears it for consumer reports!!! [pff!]
To start off I am an American who lives in Japan and I'm a fan of both cars but I've been a Porsche fan since I was 8 years old. As for the Nissan Skyline I became a fan at age 15 with the R32 and R33 line up. Now as for the numbers posted by the Nissan Skyline GTR against the Porsche Turbo.......I'm not fully convinced. The question I have is who were the drivers of each car? As I stated I live here in Japan and I know that Nissan purchased a 911 Turbo and used it's performance figures as a reference point for the GTR. I would like to see how these cars stand up as daily drivers.......
