You're kidding, right? The steering wheel is upside down? Could that possibly have anything to do with the fact that the steering wheel is supposed to sometimes be upside down, like when it's turned and the wheels are facing right or left of center??
The pickup mule is RHD - you can see that clearly in the 4th picture and the last picture. The photo is NOT flipped - the word 'Jeep' is legible on both the steering wheel and the grille of the JT mule, and the Rubicon Unlimited is LHD.

I think the others were right, this is not intended for US market. If you look close the stering wheel is upside down.
