I do not think this is for US market. Jeep has been making some right hand drive JK's for several foreign governments. They will have bench seating, one on left and one on the right side, or be customized for military equipment. This has been posted somewhere before, but it had the finished product with benches in the back...

Just a quick FYI... these are military-spec trucks, currently for Columbia and Egypt. That's why they've got leaf springs and Dana60 rear axles.
