Report: Ford porting 3.7L V6 into 2011 F-150

Ford hasn't offered a V6 option in the F-150 since its best-selling truck was redesigned for the 2009 model year, but a report from our friend Mike Levine over at Pickuptrucks.com says that's about to change. Levine cites sources at the Blue Oval who say the same Ti-VCT 3.7-liter V6 (shown at right) that will power the 2011 Mustang and Lincoln MKX will also be found under the hood of the F-150 by the end of the year.
