Geneva 2010: NVL Quant is an electric dream boat

We saw this here four-seat Gullwinger last year billed as the Koenigsegg Quant. For the 2010 Geneva Motor Show, it's reappeared as the NVL Quant. Go figure. We're not sure if we should emphasize the dream part of the headline, or the boat part. At first glance, we're thinking boat as the Quant is enormous. The wheelbase is 122 inches, and the vehicle's overall length is 192 inches. It's six-and-a-half-feet wide, too. No, it's not 1970s Caddy big, but for an electric car, the Quant is barge-like.
