Looks like the type of vehicle that might be inspired by one of those Top Gear shenanigans...to see which car is most aerodynamic when dropped from a cargo plane @ 10,000 feet!
Frankly though, I think all he needs is a George Barris-type who is good bending fiberglass and carbon fiber, and his Civic could be transformed into a truly futuristic rocket!

This is the kind of car my dad would have enjoyed picking me up from school in.
Though, I'd be more inclined to throw myself in front of it than inside it.
