Ford's US Marketing people must be asleep, for not bringing a few of these over to the US. The Ute is a cool looking car/truck and Ford, just might find people interested in buying this and all the other variations of the Ute. The sedan also is cool looking and again I think Ford's US Marketing is asleep at the wheel.
They should first see if people like them by showing them at auto shows and a few of them driving around big markets, then instead of importing them build them here. They built a Lincoln Truck that was a flop as was the Blackwood.
i'm not an expert on plant management/upgrading and all that, but since these cars have a lot of Aus specific parts wouldn't building them here be a major headache for ford?
