Why is Cadillac still using that cheap looking key? where is my push button starter or at least a fob with the key built into it. In the end it seems the penny pinchers will always win.
Just bought this beauty 3 days ago. Mine was the first 2008 available in our town. Have to say, love it, love it, love it...until..........was trying to figure how to hook up my iPod Nano. The owners manual says for first and second generation iPods you must use a special audio connector supplied by your dealer. The dealer had no idea what it was. In the manual a few paragraphs later it says if you don't have the special connector you may use a 1/8" to 1/8" audio AUX connector. In my eagerness to connect my iPod, I used the 1/8". I got sound but no song info. I unplugged it and then.........my whole sound system went dead. Wouldn't turn on, nada, nothing but the light stayed on. I called my dealer and they said the anti theft must have gone on. I told the dealer the light stayed on but they told me it would go off. Needless to say it didn't go off and my new Caddi's battery is dead. Today is a holiday but the dealer has already delivered a loaner to my house and they are going out of their way to get it taken care of.

@ al - There's an option for a push button start - infinity g35 sedan style. You twist a button located where the key would normally go.
