I agree and from what I have heard, the fuel economy of the Acura SUV isn't any better than that of the Mazda - both are fairly poor. Is this motor direct injected? It seems the motors that have really good power/economy are turbos with DI (VW's 2.0, the new BMW turbos for example). I am fairly sure the Mazda has it.
