If you feel like spending the price of a house (most places) on a very fast and comfortable German luxury sedan, then you're in luck. The configurator for the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe is ready and waiting, and it's not cheap to buy this much opulence.

Mercedes-Benz has released its first advertisement for the S63 AMG Coupe, and well, it's a bit weird. It shows the S63 blazing along a runway, accompanied by the throbbing sound of its 5.5-liter, twin-turbocharged V8.

We're still a couple of weeks away from the public debut of the new Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe at the fast-approaching New York Auto Show, but already we're receiving word of an even more powerful version in the works. That, of course, would be the S65 AMG Coupe – the twelve-cylinder version of the latest S-Class Coupe, two-door counterpart to the S65 AMG sedan and replacement for the outgoing CL65 AMG.

The 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe is gorgeous. That's a fact. We fell in love with it in concept form at the Frankfurt Motor Show last fall, and swooned over its production-ready body at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this month. For the New York Auto Show in April, Mercedes will once again show off its CL-no-more flagship two-door, but this time, with a monstrous mill under the hood. Say hello to the 2015 S63 AMG 4Matic Coupe.
