South Korean buyers hoping to stomp on the throttle to hear the thundering V8 of the Chevrolet C7 Corvette have reason to be a little depressed, it seems. The South Korean government has no interest in hearing the 'Vettes angry growl. We're afraid it's just too darn loud.

It might be difficult to get ahold of a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette for a little while. Not only are the sports cars incredibly quick, but Chevy is issuing two, separate stop-sale orders on the 'Vette that covers about 2,800 of them. According to Automotive News, recalls for the problems are also possible in the future.

There are two kinds of supercars: those made by niche manufacturers and those made by mainstream ones. The niche supercars tend to be a rarer and more exotic sight, but some buyers opt for more mainstream supercars because, for one reason at least, they'll be more reliable. Right?
