2013 Ferrari California loses weight and gains power to command more respect

Sending a message that reinforces Ferrari's commitment that all of its vehicles will kick serious butt, the Italian automaker has treated its under-appreciated California model to an exceptional mid-cycle refresh. Up front, the hardtop convertible's naturally aspirated 4.3-liter V8 has been bumped up to 490 horsepower, thanks to a tweaked ECU and a new exhaust manifold.
