The Campagna V13R was announced a couple years ago and follows in its older sibling's footsteps, combining motorcycle and car technology into an exclusive three-wheeled toy. Campagna says the V13R makes 122 horsepower from a Harley-Davidson 1250 cc Revolution V-twin.
