I wonder if it will be bigger than the current model? I think its ok if this vehicle is FWD since its an entry model but it should come with an AWD option (On all powertrains). If it comes with a V8 it would be nice to have an AWD system that sends some of the power to the rear wheels to prevent torque steer. I would like to see the Park Ave come back as a top of the line Buick.
Buick has a good thing going with the Enclave and I hope it carries over to this vehicle. As for the people pre-bashing it how can you do it? I mean this is only a test mule and its mostly covered up. If this was a BMW or Toyota test mule of course people can already say its going to be amazing but its a GM so its going to be terrible right off the bat right?
The history of the Buick automobile is amazing. Buick funded the start-up of GM. Buick will survive. I am third generation and will never change. Can't wait for the Invicta and the Park Avenue. BUT, and it is a big one, GM HAS to start dealing with its stinky Buick Dealer system. The ones around Baltimore are just plain arrogant and totally uncaring and downright obnoxious. I have complained mightedly, but get no where. Try walking in a Toyota Dealer and right away you see the difference. I HOPE GM dumps the private dealer system and starts running its retail outlets with customer sensitive service and sales personnel. I have owned 16 Buicks and do not have a single dealer I support. Not good. Plus I know many friends who love Buicks, but just can't stand the thought of going in a Buick dealership.
