The inside looks like a cheap and bad rip-off of the new Lincoln and Ford crossovers. It appears to have the same hard plastic overload as the Chrysler 300. The exterior is attractive but not exciting. I think Chrysler needs to look at the 2008 CTS and then rethink it's current design path. They could learn from GM's progress.
Not bad. The interior doesn't look as chintzy as its siblings. It would not be my first choice, but it looks like it has a few good interior innovations, like the passenger-seat storage area. The only thing that really irks me is that the radio is essentially on the floor. I'm sorry but who wants to crawl down into the footwell while driving to turn up the volume? That's kinda unsafe.
Is it any wonder why Chrysler is having problems? It seems like they are intent on throwing whatever junk they can come up with out there with the hope that somebody will buy into it. In the end, they are just going to confuse potential customers. Somebody needs to remind them that they are most successful when they come up with something unique, not a derivative of their old formula (minivan) or someone else's tired formula (SUV/Crossover).
Wow! I was surprised at all the comments. I am a proud owner of the Dodge Journey and I love it! It handles like a car but has the room and storage of an SUV. As for the interior, I love it. Simple and easy to keep clean.

What is this, a "k" car crossover?
It doesn't even look like a dodge.
