From what I see here I would NOT even go look at one.Thecar looks to much like a Mopar 300, Charger, ect. Sorry G M you missed the boat I'm from the 60's and know what a Camaro should look like. My son in his late 30's went yuck what were they thinking, did the designer not look at pictures of a real Camaro.
I disagree, we won't get a good idea of how it looks until we see it without the zebra suit. I was pleased to see they retained the cut anglle along the bottom of the door. The roof line looks the same as well. I did notice an automatic transmission and the push button ignition is gone. I still think it will be an outstanding car, I want one bad...Hugger Orange...Six Speed...and at last count "upwards" of 450 horse. Thanks GM, way to step up.

I went to a Kruse auction this weekend and saw some beautiful examples of the 67-69 Camaros, the best looking Camaro's ever. The new Camaro, if it is supposed to be a retro to capture the spirit of the old Camaro misses the mark entirely. I saw the new Camaro show car which closely resembles the pre production pictures and its a tank!!!. When GM makes a 3/4 scale version I might be interested. GM just doesn't get the idea that that huge cars went out of style 30 years ago. My $.02
Guys, these are somewhat older pictures, which were obviously shot of a Holden Monaro in Australia - see all of the Holden-badged cars on that truck - also note that it's the middle of Summer there at the moment. There's no guarantee that all stylistic features you can only kind of guess might look like from the photos will actually be carried over to the Camaro in the US. So, I would be very hesitant about forming an opinion based on this.
first off, that rim is ugly as hell. I hope it goes chrome for the production model. Second. If its winter in the US, its summer for them. Its the other side of the world. So the pic is recent if it was taken in summer. I hope the interior gets better in the production model, otherwise I think it will sink. Otherwise the exterior pics without camo look great, just need to work on headlights and rims.
you are all idiots you should be glade the camaro is back. for years the Camaro and its sister the fire bird have been criticized by people who do hot appreciate the fine quality AMERICAN MUSCLE car that is not Asian, has to offer. sure it dose not look great in the pic but uh DUH its under a camouflage! and yes the pics have been taken in Australia. I personally believe that the camaro revival is something to celebrate. after the camrao has been out for a couple of years you should start criticizing the car thankyou

Yeah C E Benson, your retarded. Why:
A. The Car has Camo on it.
B. They're testing out different types of Rims on the Car.
C. Testing the Interior, it Could change.
Why are the new Camaros even on the road? To Test them.
Duh.
