How can Subaru go from such a striking design (last model) to a car that gives absolutely no credit to the car manufacturers historic attributes. the New Impreza looks like a cheap Daewoo with its bad lines doors incorporating window frames (for the first time in 40 years, Original 1967 sedan had this style framed window doors). the Designer that they took obviously from BMW must be senial. there is nothing about the new car that remotely sets the car apart from every other manufacturer of the period. I know the running gear is all pretty much an improvement on the original type, which is great! but why make the body so radically different and ugly!! I hope that Subaru realise what they have done is a ridiculous move and make some serious improvements. And Quick!! I have always owned a Subi but now with this thing out and about I wouldn't be caught dead in it. I may as well save 20K and buy a KIA rio.
coz I would get about the same amount of humiliation from it.
