As an Impreza fan from way back and owner of an 05 WRX hatch I must say that I am bitterly dissapointed in Subaru's 2008 offering. From a company that once prided itself on its cars practical and unique in shapes, to blatantly rip of the mazda 3 outline and try to pass it off as an Impreza is appalling.
To abandon a cars evolutionary history in favour of blatant plagarism and "european styling" in an attempt to cature a new market share Subaru may as well have sold their soul to the devil. Only the devil would have done a far better job. As far as "design" goes the new Evo X looks awesome.....
