looks like any other hatchback - As the style police were obviously looking the other way why did the designers not go the whole hog and make it into a people carrier! Guess next time I change my STI it will have to be for an EVO!

As a designer, it only took me a few moments to figure out what they did.

Front and air scoop are all subaru, mid-section and roof line from a BMW 3 (look carefully), the back from the Acura RDX (including tailights), and finally fender flares and front hood bluge from a Mazda RX8 (look at side view from the rear).

Not bad, but typical Subaru not great. Its just a shame that they still have a long way to go when it comes to styling. Even Suzuki has come across with a new mid-size car (see Tokyo Autoshow images) that is not only 1000% better but makes me want one when my lease ends in the spring.

Like front end...somewhat agressive....not bad overall....beginning to warm up to hatchback styling.
