This actually looks very nice; aggressive and clean.
I don't think the stock refreshed Focus looks all that bad. It's not drop dead sexy like the Mazda3, but nor do I think it's dreadful as many seem to. On a scale of 1 to 5, I'd rank it a 3.
That doesn't look nice or clean...to me. And every time I see a "new" Focus, I'm reminded that there is a better Focus for sale all over the world. But not here.
