I own an 05 1800N and it is the sweetest bike I've ever owned. I have finally met my match. After owning many H.D. and metric bikes I believe this motorcycle is within a couple hundred pounds of being the best motorcycle ever. Which is my only complaint to honda; find a way to shed some pounds. But the performance is harley stomping and the handling is spot on. The aftermarket jumped onto this platform almost immediately and is huge! You can get anything for this bike;check it out. If your looking for a fast chromed out cruiser with good flowing lines and a comfortable ride for less than half of an equally equipped H.D. try an 1800 VTX. My ride with power commander air cleaner and V&H pipes just dyno'd at 118hp and 133ft.lb. at the rear wheel. So if your a beginner looking for a learner bike beware.
