About as stealth as you can get for a Mustang. No stripes, no fogs, and no fake hood scoops. All it needs is steel wheels, white walls and tiny hubcaps. All dash and no flash. I absolutely love it!!!
PhotoShopping Gimpsperts - A Request: Anybody out there seen/created a rearview-mirror convection-distorted head-on image of the '08 Bullitt like the one in the '68 Charger's startling zoom-up mirror frame of a silhouetted McQueen & his suddenly materializing out of the mist '68, cresting a hill behind the Charger just before the 'Frisco public-road tire-frying tournament started? To me, that low to moderate speed cat-&-mouse weave though the triple-decker residential S.F. hills culmination shot wobbling into focus in the Charger's interior mirror iconifies McQ., the movie, the car, the San Fran 60's, a movie genre, a generation, and cool itself. This photo (%476401/full) just hit me between the eyes - I blinked, and a horseless, dark, heat-tortured '68 egg-crate grille flanked by furious headlights was there, floating in an oased sky Just a mirage... Just a thought.
