That's NOT a Dodge grille..come on why give up on what got you there? They would be foolish. But I've been in Chrysler parts 35 years, maybe it's time to go.
These are supposed the be the first official pics of the Challenger? Who was the photographer, Ray Charles? I've had photos of the Challenger concept car on my website for a year now.
Maybe 35 years isn't enough. Check your 70' Challenger fotos. On the other hand . . . WHO CARES!!! It's a Challenger, for C's sake! When they're making 400,000 per year instead 4K, maybe I'll be able to afford one.
I hope the concept's tail light treatment remains intact [or made better]. Chrysler needs to continue shaking up conventional automotive thinking since all of their "me too!" treatments are blander than everything else out there that preceded it.
too bad the trunk lines dont lineup.what else isn't quite rite.get it right befor production guys. and make it afforfable, also offer it with a 4cyl.cheep so we can put some real power in it.
I Hope all you people dont expect the new challenger to look like the original or the concept for that matter from what I have read the management wouldnt let the designers get too retro w/ the new model and it is being built on the crysler 300 and dodge charger platform unless your crazy about these two cars I woudnt get too excited, once again dodge doesnt get it. look what they did to the new charger, there is a reason people loved these cars to begin with, the way they looked and performed.
i hope you guys realize these arent the first official shots of the challenger concept, but of the actual production car. thats what they were trying to get at. sure youve had pics for almost a year, but those were the concept, not the production car, they arent the same.
