This is getting good! Challenger,Camero,Mustang in 2009 or whenever they come out its going to be good times for muscle cars in the o'l USA. Yeah! The Challenger looks like a million bucks!I'll start saving now!
Wow! That has got to be the best looking car I have seen come out of motor city since the Cuda in 71-72. Not only did I enjoy that Cuda when I was a 18 year old motor nut, but the best was the unbelivable and totally unexpected attention from my female admirers, (not me the car!), They would comment or send a friend to tell me at a stop light that they really love the car. This happened on more then one occasion (s). I KNOW how they felt cause my faced starting leaking about 4 hours after me, my GF, and a bud, walked away from the total destruction of my Cuda, by hitting 3 telephone poles and a Oak tree. Damn funny thing about the Cuda was it was so dang light in the rear if you had less then perfect tires, so in the rain and when you hit the brakes you would then find yourself in a game of the front catching the rear, and alot faster then before the applied brake pressure.
This car looks amazing! By the way, what Camaro are you talking about? Oh, the one they stopped building 30 years ago! And have no plans on building now? So long as this Challenger is competitively priced, I'm buying one!
hey dustin, grow up dude. They were released at the same time so how on earth could Dodge copy chevy? Dodge would never lower themselves that low even if the camaro did come out first. If anything chevy copied Dodge, if you noticed chevy produced some fake non-drivable piece of ugly trash at the auto show while Dodge brought their fully operational Dodge Challenger. Obviously Dodge was working on the Challenger far before the camaro. Chances are when chevy found out Dodge was going to unveil the Challenger they quickly got the designers in Europe to design something as quickly as possible to have some competition. I have no respect for chevy, all they do is copy everyone else. Look at the HHR.
Looking at the production Challenger, I'm dissapointed with the wheels and the front grill, the concept looked better there. The new rear end looks great though and so does the rest of the car. Mopar or no car!
I love that Challenger,I have 03 T-Bird can't wait to trade it for 09 Dodge Challenger. Oh by the way,Dustin Dodge had it first before the Camero came out. Ok.
