Ferrari Auto Show Coverage
Ferrari was founded in 1928 by Enzo Ferrari and participated in motorsports before building its own vehicles beginning in 1947. Purchased by the Fiat Group in 1969, Ferrari has maintained a presence in motorsports, particularly Formula One, since its founding. At the same time, the Italian automaker has also produced such famous road cars as the Dino, 288 GTO, Testarossa, F40 and Enzo, named after the company's founder.

0Report: Ferrari Enzo successor F70 to be unveiled at 2013 Detroit Auto Show 1350078300
We expected the successor to the Ferrari Enzo, for now a model referred to as the F70, to be the showstopper of the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. Finally seeing the real car will be good news whenever it happens, but even better news is that Inside Line has just reported that the F70 will be revealed at the Detroit Auto Show in January. We have no idea what ...

Ferrari teases new "powerful road car ever," and it's a hybrid 1349808780
We doubt the developers of the Toyota Prius had this in mind, but we'll take it. The Ferrari with the most power ever, which will be unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show next January, will indeed be a hybrid, Automotive News reports, citing people it declined to identify. The new model, which will replace the limited-edition Enzo, will pair a V12 with an ...

Official: Ferrari FF gets sweeping panoramic roof option 1349285460
Perhaps overshadowed at the Paris Motor Show by the carbon fiber chassis bits of the still unnamed Enzo successor, was news from Ferrari about a roof. The oddball Italian supercar maker has announced that its FF will now be available with a full-length panoramic roof – the first of its kind for the manufacturer, since it normally doesn't have such ...

ETC: The Windsor Castle Concours d'Elegance in pictures, courtesy of Bentley 1347753660
Bentley went to the Windsor Castle Concours of Elegance as the main sponsor and showed off six of its best among the gathering of "60 of the finest motor cars in the world," including the 4¼-liter Bentley 'Embiricos' Special built for a Greek shipping magnate and gentleman racer in the 1930s. Even better, for us at least, is that when Bentley ...

Spy Shots: This is what the Ferrari F70 might really look like 1346874780
There are many reasons to get excited about the future of supercars right now. Between the development of the Acura NSX, the next-generation Nissan GT-R, the long line of lusty Lamborghini concepts and McLaren tinkerings, we may very well be on the doorstep of a golden age of exotic engineering. But few of those offerings send us licking our chops quite ...

RM Auctions only just finished pulling in record numbers at its event in Monaco, but it's already gearing up for the next event set to take place during Pebble Beach weekend in Monterey, California. Headlining the Canadian specialist auctioneer's catalog for the August event are the rare 1955 Ferrari 410 Sport Berlinetta and the timelessly elegant 1938 ...

Official: Ferrari previews Enzo successor's V12 HY-KERS powertrain [w/video] 1335207660
Go back just a few years ago, and you'd easily conclude that Ferrari and hybrids would go together about as well as ice cream and pickles. But a lot's changed since then, and Ferrari is making no secret of the fact that it's developing hybrid powertrains of its own. The first system it developed is the Kinetic Energy Recovery System, a type of ...

Geneva: 2013 Ferrari California loses weight and gains power to command more respect 1331119740
Sending a message that reinforces Ferrari's commitment that all of its vehicles will kick serious butt, the Italian automaker has treated its under-appreciated California model to an exceptional mid-cycle refresh. Up front, the hardtop convertible's naturally aspirated 4.3-liter V8 has been bumped up to 490 horsepower, thanks to a tweaked ECU and a new ...

Geneva: 2012 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta smiles on us all with 740 horsepower 1331056800
Ferrari yanked back the sheets on the company's F12 Berlinetta at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, and the grinning horse has plenty cause to smile. It boasts a ludicrous 740 horsepower V12 under its hood that's capable of launching the vehicle to 62 mph in 3.1 seconds. Hesitate for another 5.3 seconds, and you'll waltz through the triple-digit barrier with ...

Official: Ferrari F12 Berlinetta gallops to Geneva [w/videos] 1330525800
Three words: Fastest. Ferrari. Ever. While the "F12berlinetta" F12 Berlinetta may have a name seemingly designed to drive English teachers (and website editors) insane, the 740-horsepower V12 is just plain demenziale. Making 509 lb-ft of torque, it's enough to propel the 3,362-pound car from 0-62 mph in just 3.1 seconds and 0-104 mph in 8.5 seconds, ...
