2014 Grand Cherokee Owner Reviews (3)
2014 Grand Cherokee Limited V6.
I previously had a 2012 Grand Cherokee. I was very satisfied with the vehicle so I decided to replaced it (it was a lease) for the newer model. My perception stays the same. Reliability is there, zero issues with the vehicle. Ride is very comfortable and you can feel you are driving a sturdy and well assemble vehicle. No annoying rattling noise inside the cabin.Mileage is not the best, but still decent. My average in winter is 20 mpg and summer I can get 24 mpg (combined).I evaluated other vehicles, but for the money I can get this vehicle instead of a small Japanese SUV that basically is a car with a high floor to vehicle distance.
A Mercedes M (or GLE) class for 40 percent off
The Jeep Grand Cherokee is on the same chassis as the latest Mercedes GLE class. It has that great Mercedes solidness and is far above any Jeep made before. The Hemi engine comes with the heavy duty 8 speed automatic and has great power. After 14,000 miles, the vehicle is as solid as the first week and I am averaging over 19 miles per gallon on regular fuel. If it is safety and quality you want for less, you can't go wrong with the V8 or Diesel powered Grand Cherokees. Most of the bad reviews are on the V6 powered Grand Cherokee's with the lessor transmission. If you want an economy car, get a Honda Fit, not a 4WD go anywhere vehicle. Pony up for the Hemi or Diesel and be safe and secure.
