Ford Does not stand by their Product

I have a 2011 Ford Explorer and it has been in the shop 8 times over the past 5 months and Ford is doing nothing to help. Their computer sytem is the worst. Always freezing up and having to bring it in for 2-3 days at a time is just not fair. I have contacted Ford and they tell me they have the ultimate fix coming out week after week. I cannot use computer system and when it doies work it constantly freezes up, with heat and or a/c going and cannot shut it off. Do not buy/lease this vehichle and beware of FORD!
