2010 Flex Owner Reviews (5)

This is without a doubt one of the best vehicles I've had. This one is completely loaded, including the refirgerator, and it has been a very outstanding vehicle. The only negative I can say is that it doesn't have the gas mileage that I would like. I usually get 17 or 18 around town with19 on the interstate. Otherwise, I will at least have this make at the top of my list when I trade.

I had a Toyota 4Runner and needed more room, we found the Ford Flex and Love it. It drives and rides so nice. I use to have a Ford Excursion that I Loved and did not think I would find anything that compares and the Flex does. I love this car!
surprising and very good

purchased first ford in many years -had been gm or foreign. comfort, technology (engine trans, sync) and very safe (5 star like volvo)- a very modern and well executed car. Interior size surprising - larger and lighter than yokon. Gas mileage surprisingly good in spirited driving. Interior is very hi standard (like Lincioln/Lexus) and front seats are most comfortable ever owned.
Worth a serious look

Purchased base model with no options. The standard equipment is surprising,(optional on other vehicles); back-up warning, pwr driver's seat, pwr mirrors, outside air temp/compass,auto dimming rearview mirror, pwr folding seat on pass. side. Unbelievable leg room in 2nd/3rd row seating. Plenty of headroom throughout. Vehicle comes up to speed as fast as you want it to. Currently getting 20MPG local driving. Solid and quiet vehicle. Handles extremely well. Fit and finish is as good as the more expensive imports, and it's Made in America. As Ford says, "Drive one", you'll be surprised.
Replacment for a Ford Explorer

This was a tough decision. We went to the Cleveland Auto Show and looked at about every Crossover vehicle there. Our first choice was a M/B GLK but there was no two wheel drive vehicles available and the orcer delivery time could be up to three months. Then it was move on to the second choice which was the 2010 Ford Flex the cost being a toss up. We have two large dogs and this being our dog mobile the seats fold pretty much flat this is what we wanted for them. This is replacing two SUV's and the ease of getting in and out is much better as we are not getting any younger. This vehicle is enough different for now that we don't see ourselves coming and going like we did with the Jeep Wrangler and the Ford Explorer. The car like ride is also a plus over the SUV's. We are looking forward to many enjoyable miles in the Vehicle.
