2009 SRX Owner Reviews (6)
Love my Caddy SRX

Have 2,500 miles on it so far. End of year/last year for this body style. Listed for $48,000+ and got it for just over $35,000 with 0% no money down 5 yr. loan. Probably a once in a lifetime deal. Negatives are: all 4 brake discs were warped and had to be replaced in the first week and original equipment tires aren't great. Gas mileage is just OK with the V6 but it uses regular grade fuel. The "dead pedal" is a little far away. Pluses are: gobs of room, fine fit and finish, high quality interior materials, 5 yr. 100,000 mile warranty, all the bells and whistles (except GPS), extremely comfortable (I'm 6' and 220 lbs.), great red exterior color, huge sun roof, V6 is a very strong performer (even better since I chipped it). All controls are pretty much intuitive and easy to access and use. If you are looking for a high quality all wheel drive vehicle with lots of room right now I'd rush out to find one of these at closeout prices. You won't regret it.

One of the best cars I've ever had. Bought it with 6000 miles on it in as a "brass hat" car. Currently has 57000 miles on it. No problems whatsoever, other than the brake rotors are beginning to give me a little shimmy. This may be due more to how I drive than the quality of the vehicle. Apparently, people who slam on the brakes are much easier on brakes than the way I do, which is to slow down gradually. Anyway, the car has been perfect. Absolutely the best snow and rain vehicles I've ever driven. I have climbed snow covered roads that 4 wheel drive trucks were spinning out on. My mileage is probably around 18-20 all around, but that gallon of gas is turning a lot of metal between the V8, all wheel drive and 5000 lbs. But, I wanted a very safe car to transport my grandbabies around in. Superior Cadillac has been a great service provider and all in all, I couldn't ask more of a vehicle.
IF YOU ARE 6' TALL

I purchased a white diamond with cashmer interion, fully loaded. It is the the perfect luxury mommie car. It handles better than my 2007 Trailblazer, with a Cadillac ride! On the negitive side the fuel economy is not that great in a V8.
Best choice I ever made.
