2006 Cayman S Overview

The Porsche Cayman S is a sport coupe based off the Boxster platform.The Cayman S seats two in its sporty cabin. It comes standard with things like 18-inch wheels and ceramic composite brakes to improve performance. It is powered by a 295 hp horizontally-opposed 3.4-liter six-cylinder engine. It comes with a six-speed manual transmission to control all the horsepower. A five-speed Tiptronic automatic with manual gear selection is also available. Safety features include all-disc antilock brakes, electronic stability control, and dual front, side-impact and side-curtain airbags.The Porsche Cayman S is all new for 2006.For 2011, new alloy wheel designs are standard on the S and SE trims, and all trims get a new look steering wheel. Bluetooth is now standard on all trims, and the satellite radio free trial has been reduced to three months from six.The Ford E-350 cargo vans or passenger wagons are built on a rugged platform and offer large interiors with vast cargo capacities.The Ford E-350 comes with a standard 255 horsepower 5.4 liter Triton V8 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. There are two optional engines available, with both being paired to a TorqShift five-speed automatic transmission. A 305 horsepower 6.8 liter Triton V10 or a 235 horsepower 6.0 liter Powerstroke diesel with 440 lb.-ft. of torque. Standard features include four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, underbody full-size spare, air conditioning, tilt steering wheel and variable intermittent wipers. The E-350 is available in the regular or in the extended length version. The cargo van offers both a commercial and a recreational trim. The passenger wagon which has standard traction and stability control with roll-over mitigation offers a rugged XL trim or a well equipped XLT trim and can accommodate up to 15 passengers.For 2008, the Ford E-350 receives a new front end appearance incorporating a new grille, bumpers and headlamps. Improved steering dynamics, and a tire pressure monitoring system are now standard and SecuriLock is optional.
