The Bureau of Reclamation has purchased 27 all-electric work trucks from e-Ride. The EVs will be used at the Grand Coulee Dam in northeast Washington State this fall. The cars will use electricity generated on-site. The Dam managers spend over $100,000 on fossil fuels each year, according to Matt Tillman, Grand Coulee's Administrative Officer, and these cars are a way to help, "cut that consumption by 10 to 15 percent."
