Pulling out for a turn with too little room in front of another vehicle is always a bad idea, but it's an especially awful decision when the oncoming machine could destroy your car without even stopping. That's the lesson an 18-year-old student driver in Germany learned when a 62-ton, Challenger-2 tank from the British military ran over her Toyota.

The young woman was reportedly making a left turn onto the road, but she somehow didn't see the convoy of tanks coming her way. Thankfully, the massive machine's driver swung it just far enough out of the way to crush the hatchback's hood rather than the person inside. Her Toyota was kaput, though. According to The Independent in the UK, the military vehicles were traveling from the British base in Paderborn to a training exercise when this occurred.
