Uber apologizes, promises to be worse for 2015 in Funny or Die video

For all of the love that many users have for the ridesharing service Uber, the company rather often gets a black eye in the media. Last year alone, there were allegations of sabotaging rivals at Lyft and an alleged rape by a driver in India. There have also been the continued problems with governments around the world attempting to ban the service.

The business has decided to try to rehabilitate its image with new policies in 2015 to make things even worse.

Not really, obviously, although that's the premise of a new short on Funny or Die. The clip takes on the look of the standard corporate apology video with various talking heads outlining improved strategies for the year, like ending a perceived rivalry with Lyft by murdering its drivers. As that example shows, this isn't exactly a light-hearted spoof, and with some violence and explicit language, it might not be work-appropriate for everyone.
