It's been nearly six years since we first saw the GTA Spano, and its manufacturer (confusingly named Spania GTA) has been steadily revising the specifications ever since. Now it's returning to the Geneva Motor Show with another new version.

Previewed in the teaser image above, the latest evolution of the Spanish supercar promises some new sheetmetal (or carbon fiber)... at least around the tail section we can see. In addition to the carbon fiber, Kevlar and titanium from which it's made, Spania GTA also says it has teamed up with local supplier Graphenano to incorporate graphene into its construction as well.

It also promises a revised powertrain: the GTA Spano packs the V10 engine from the Dodge Viper, with a couple of turbochargers bolted on for good measure, but whereas previous versions spec'd the 8.4-liter version, the new one is specified at 8.0 liters even.

That hasn't stopped Spania GTA from increasing output to 925 horsepower and 900 pound-feet of torque. All that muscle is said to be enough to propel the new Spano to 62 miles per hour in 2.9 seconds, on to a top speed of 230 mph.
